An Eversharp Skyliner - based Frankenpen that has had its section and nib replaced with unknown parts. I'm using Lamy Blue-Black (iron gall ink), as the nib is 14k and otherwise unremarkable.

Pilot VP Fermo, Binder 0.6 stub, Noodlers La Couleur Royale (a wet, wet, wet combo!)

Lamy 2000, M, Herbin Eclat de Saphir

Cross Century II, Binder 0.5 cursive, Caran d'Ache Storm

When I inked up the Lamy, the Herbin looked a little weak to me. A browse back through my ink sample book showed that for the last year I've been mainly using much stronger inks - lots of PR.

I had two in my jacket today, and used both: a Pelikan M600 blue stripe (F) with Aurora blue-black ink, and a white Sailor 1911 (Italic) with Diamine Presidential Blue.

Waterman Ideal GT fine nib, filled with -- what a change from my traditional light blue -- Noodler's Black.

I quite like it!

Make me willing to try Noodler's... blue :ltcapd:

I wish someone was selling those inks, here in Paris, so I could "dip-test" them without purchasing a bottle each time :crybaby:
