I just got my Navy Centennial Pinstripe Duofold back from a nib exchange that took 6 weeks - they had to send it to the UK - so that's been what I've been using all day, thought I did carry my Aurora 88 as a backup, and of course the VP and loaner vector I almost always carry.

Lamy Accent, M nib, mix of blue-black inks.

Wality 77c, Asian M nib, mix of blue-black inks

Hero 100, F nib, mix of blue-black inks.

Senator, M nib, Waterman's Havana brown ink.

I'm trying to reduce to one blue-black inked pen at a time instead of having a half-dozen on my desk. I want to spend a week or 10 days with each pen and really get to know them. I discovered this was a good idea when I used only a Monteverde Sonata for a few days before taking it as my sole pen on a trip to Boston.

Sometimes a technology reaches perfection and further development is just tinkering. The fountain pen is a good example of this.

Today was a Parker Big red I picked up recently on eBay. Really stiff, fine lined nib...not sure if I like the nib yet, especially considering my "51" lays down a wider line...lol. Little smoothing on brown paper, and some minute adjustment of the tines, and while it's still a fine line, it's also a lot wetter, and more consistent. I might be sending Richards way eventually...mmm, a stub :D

Sailor Cisele - Noodler's Zhivago

Pilot Decimo - just got it last week, so it has Waterman BB inside to prime it.

Parker Duofold International - brought out to try the Penman Emerald carts I've just received from KCat. :)9 (This pen will have to go for a nibswap though, the Fine is just a tad too broad for my liking)
