I suffer from similar work space congestion...but have only one desk (and a small collapsible table to catch some of the runover). On your tube is, I believe, Gene Kranz who was a Flight Director at NASA. Worked missions from Mercury to Apollo; think he retired early in the Shuttle program.

Good call! I'm sure you're right!

Wow, so many nice desks here, have given me quite a few ideas.

Here is my writing bureau, nothing special, but it is nice to sit down and unwind while writing letters.

This is my other desk, very plain, but perfectly functional.

My desk has keyboard, drawing tablet, display and printer on it, so I usually sit at my dining table when I write. My father created a writing slope for me, with adjustable angle. I find it very pleasant to use: angled surface, large enough to move paper around.

At the end of a writing session, I can fold the stand and store the entire thing on top of a cupboard so it's hardly noticeable.

Really enjoy getting to see other office around the globe. It just brings us all a little bit closer.

Here is my office/studio. I tried to do a panoramic view with 4 shots.

A shot I took some days ago, after I got the Nakya Decapod in aka-tamenuri and the Danitrio Grand Trio "Totetsu" (read here on FPN, please, a review about this Dantrio FP)

Another picture (in the open air) - Still life: fountain pens with Mexican pottery from Oaxaca.

I love this beautifully colored ceramics in which I hold the FP's I use daily.

My desk from 2 weeks ago

I like the way that the red cloth separates your working area from the storage area: it's very clean looking and yet you have many things at hand.

Thank you Kenneth.

My wife borrowed the idea from Chinese tea ceremony setup. It is some kind of bamboo material tied together with strings. She changes to different color and table setup every few months.

And this is the cleanest it's been in months... i need a bigger desk but no space, glass to offset all the wood, the wall is Manchiche (Lonchocarpus castilloi Standl) really hard wood and lovely reddish color
