Mary,

I resized your picture to be seen within the screen.

Nice journal, who is the manufacturer?

Best regards

Thanks for resizing.

The journal is from Day-Timer. I picked it up at the local Office Max.

dear JBB ...

Nice desk ... all them drawers etc ... I like ....

Thank you. I bought it at a yard sale many years ago! (It was still expensive but not nearly as costly as it might have been. I otherwise could not have afforded it.)

Mary,

It is amazing how similar our desks are. I got mine from my father who painstakingly removed all of the garish yellow paint from it and refinished it. I like the decorative swirls next to the drawers on yours, I wonder if mine had them at one point. I also have had to work a bit on the hinges, as at one point someone put too much pressure on the writing tray and ripped them out. Nice to see another out there!

I see most of these desks as NEAT! I think I just spend too much time at mine.

Do I win "Messiest Desk"? This is how it looked on July 5. It does look a little better today, but I still have a ways to go.

I don't know what resolution other's have their monitors set to, but mine is 1024 x 768 and I can't see these big pictures without side scrolling. And it is really hard to enjoy pictures when you can only see half of it at a time.

Please resize your pictures before posting them.

I'm sorry about that, I will remember to resize my pictures in the future. Thank-you for taking care of that for me.

It took me all winter and part of the spring, but i finally finished it. It was bought at a yard sale for $15 bucks. Didn't think it would turn out this well, but i'm glad it did.

Wow! Attilio, that is simply beautiful!!

I wish I had the skill and patience to do something like that. I'm sure the feeling is better than buying a brand new one. Congrats!

I took some pics of my desk, but then someone really wise told me that maybe is illegal to post pictures of such a mess. Is a mix of computer, stacks of paper, music sheet papel, cables and guitar paraphernalia to record, boxes with fp ink, toys that my kids left behind, family photos, CD, DVD, printer, books, manual, dictionaries, etc etc etc...

No, I can't find a thing there...
