Hello.... I am new. I guess you knew that.

I am off to find the rules if I am not too sleepy.

In the mean time here are some pens that a friend of mine created.

We call them EDC Key Chain Pens. everydaycarry.

Here is a size comparison to some small pens.

There is no plastic in these. They write easier than I thought they would. These are twisties.

Hello Jon and welcome to FPN. Interesting pens that your friend has created. They look quite sturdy.

I hope you enjoy the forum.

cheers

Hi there and welcome too. Yes, those pens really look sturdy. Like maybe for a month or two out in the Canadian Rockies or out on the Mackenzie River in Canada? I'll not take my Parker 51 out there!

Welcome Jon,

Nice pens... and key chain knives.

As for pens, you've come to the right place: friendly, knowledgeable people who are willing and eager to share what they have learned.

Enjoy.

Had to pull my P38 for comparison. Those are tiny, how easy is it to write w/ them?

It is not hard to write with them but I would not want to write a book with one either. The idea was for it to be a pen that was always there. Never to be forgotten. A backup to a full sized pen, for the time when a full sized pen is forgotten, or for when backpacking or other activity where a full sized pen might be more than you want to carry.

I am not sure if there will ever be mass availability but who knows. Some have been made for a group of people. There is the possibility that there could be some limited availability after my group is supplied.

Right now I am trying to learn more fine points about pens. When there are some available I can post it in sales section here.

Thanks

Jon
