Waterman Havana Brown

Recommended Posts

is it fluid in f nibs? or feels scratch/dry?

I bought my Lamy 2k with EF nib from someone who left some of this ink in it so that I could try it. It flowed very well in this nib, silky even, but part of that silkiness was due to the nib. But I wouldn't necessarily think it would be dry in fine nibs.

An awesome ink-highly sophisticated ; ) Too bad about the name change- Havana brown was more "evocative".

Hi vermiculus!

Nice comparison.

I haven't used this watermans havana brown for a while. Bit more than half a bottle remaining. Just keeping it as the name has changed now. I don't know whether the present waterman brown ink has the same shade as the earlier waterman havana brown.

In all mean, i ll fill & write with this ink in near future. Also I have to buy new watermans brown ink too, to do a comparison may be :)

Arvind.

Best regards,

Arvind.
