Tom, always making me blush

Super saturated Diamine Peach Haze, I don't know why but the scan gives me a bright crimson when this ink is, in fact, a peach color.

~ RoyalBlueNotebooks:

That's a rosy peach hue, isn't it?

Thank you for pointing out that the ink is actually peach in color.

Photographing inks in the warmer range has occasionally resulted in color distortion.

May 2019 be a year of beautiful poetry written with outstanding inks!

~ The poem below was written with a 1965 Montblanc 14C 149 OF nib inked with Montblanc Burgundy Red.

It's written and posted to thank Cyrille for his recent posting of a Victor Hugo poem.

I must buy one of her books. This lady clearly walks this earth with her eyes and heart wide open . . .

More Frost -

Natures first green is gold,

Her hardest hue to hold.

Her early leafs a flower;

But only so an hour.

Then leaf subsides to leaf.

So Eden sank to grief,

So dawn goes down to day.

Nothing gold can stay.

So many pens, so little time!

...And I have known the eyes already, known them all—
The eyes that fix you in a formulated phrase,
And when I am formulated, sprawling on a pin,
When I am pinned and wriggling on the wall,
Then how should I begin
To spit out all the butt-ends of my days and ways?

...
