please help identify this FP

Hello again,

this is an old FP I have from my grandfather. Don't know anything about its history as my grandpa died when I was 3.

The cap is black with tiny ribs as the piston button.

The body is translucent, bordeau color with hellicoidal black ribs. The most particular thing is the snake clip with "Atlantic" engraved. All the parts seem original. The nib is "Cardinal" with a logo under the letters.

I've searched extensively yet unluckily the net in order to identify it.

 

Who could give me a hand?
