Taccia?

Hurrah for Halifax and users of fountain pens therein. I can't tell you a thing about Taccia or the pronunciation of the word, but welcome!

Thanks for the welcome Italicist

It's good to know I'm not the only Haligonian with this 'addiction' to fountain pens!

I have been having some ink flow problems with my Taccia ... (I've seen other threads where people are having this problem with it drying out after a page or two.) Contaced Taccia and they are sending a new nib/feed at no cost. Great service. It saves sending the pen across the border with all the cost and customs issues!

I recently purchased the Andante in Honeybee colour. I love this pen. It is a great piston-filler. The nib is very smooth, and it writes great. I like large pens, and I write with the cap posted on this one. I post the caps on all of my pens, even my Pelikan M1000.

Bringing up a very old thread,  there is a Pen Boutique article where they talked to the founder and apparently she pronounces it tasha.
