Got the flat top fever a few days ago .... waiting for Diamond Medal and a couple of Sheaffer White dots. I have a feeling this was a bad costly move smile.gif

VP Raden with a .6mm stub

Not a pen, but I just ordered a nib for my yellow Pelikan M200 from Richard Binder. A broad M400 nib to be magically changed to a oblique stub italic! Happy Dance!

A Smoke Bronze Parker 100.

The most expensive pen I've ever bought by a factor of more than 2.

I just hope it compares well with a Parker 51/61.

I also hope it gets to me before the postal strike starts on Thursday.. Fat chance, but I can hope!

Regards,

Richard.

My first Sailor.

A lovely full size 1911 MF-nib with gold trim courtesy Pam @ Oscar Braun.

I'm terrible about waiting for things in the mail, and this will probably be worse.

Currently using:

  • Shaeffer Snorkel Statesman in Pastel Blue
  • Sailor 1911 MF in Gold Trim
  • Lamy Studio XF in Stainless Steel

I just won an user grade P61 with capillary system.

...now, better going to the Parker forum to inform myself on the best way to clean it!

10 pack of Hero 616's that I'll do my own quality control on. It'll take them around 10-14 days to make to to New Zealand, and then I got them mailed to my home address, not my study address, because I'm going home in around 3 weeks and wanted to make sure they wouldn't turn up here after I'm gone.
