I had to add a lighter pen to my mix. Here are the orders I just placed in Japan:

Faber-Castell Emotion Mechanical Pencil 1.4 mm

Faber-Castell Basic Mechanical Pencil 0.7 mm

Pilot Capless Decimo 2009 Spring Special (Purple Blue) F (with a CON-50 converter)

Pilot Iroshizuku Yuyake

All of these are less than JPY 20,000 ($190) in total. :) I am in the career transition stage and I have 2 interviews set up this month in the matter of less than a week since I've been back in Tokyo. So, I needed to give myself a pat on my back before a big pat (which would be a new Nissan Skyline Coupe).

Hero Demonstrators, and a Pilot VP, from Sailor Kenshin and Rotombees.

I fear that they're lost in the customs office. :(

Patience is a virtue, and it's only been three weeks...or four... :crybaby: so...I pretty much have to work on my virtues. XD

Lachesis

I checked my records; they were sent Aug 22---and last year something I sent to the Philippines took two, three weeks.

Hope they arrive soon!

After a pen-purchase moratorium of months and months, I was 'waiting for' a Pilot 78G with stub nib and a Pilot Calligraphy pen with a WEIRD nib (can't resist). Do we sense a theme here???

My latest ebook.   And not just for Halloween!

My other pen is a Montblanc.

It's certainly a high-flying theme. :) Pilots...*crickets chirp*

Oh, why weird?

I've wanted a silver pen for a long time and I finally had the cash and made my decision. I bought a Sterling Silver Sailor 1911 with Medium Nib. I saw a review here and some other threads comparing the Sailor to other silver pens and I decided the Sailor looked like the best option.

The Pilot Parallel Calligraphy Pen doesn't really have a 'nib' but a flat piece of metal that can be writte with two ways. It's pretty cool actually:

Click on the pen to see closer views.

What I want to know is why you're not supposed to use those carts in any other pens.

I just ordered a black Pelikan M200 with a fine nib. I wanted something to replace a Parker Sonnet I use in the office.

Helloooo fellow pen hounds..... :happyberet:

I have just ordered a Sailor Sapporo F nib with gold trim. I don't reckon it will arrive till next week though...... :crybaby:

(I've already got a Professional Gear with B nib)

For what pen(s) are you waiting, in the mail? And are you waiting patiently lol....

I bought a Mabie Todd Swallow in excellent-near mint condition from David Nishimura's Vintage Pens Website today and hope to have in a couple of days. It's an extra-fine flex nib, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs. Its nib is said to be especially XF. :puddle:

A red Esterbrook LJ I bought on the FPN marketplace (my first Estie and my first FPN purchase). I have a 2314M and a 9314F nib waiting for it.

And a Levenger Truewriter Kyoto, which originally shipped with an F-marked nib that wrote an M line. (I had another F Truewriter to compare it to.) Hopefully everything will be right this time--it's such a lovely pen.
