Waiting for my Mint Green Esterbrook J to come back with a matching cap and new sac. First pen I've owned that's older than I am... :notworthy1:

Does not always write loving messages.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.

Does not always sign big checks.

I am waiting a nice Pelikan M400 OS blu striped. It's a long road from US, I know, so I have to wait.

I was after this pen for a while and I'd like to thank member Dean to point me at the auction.

Cheers mate

This morning I ordered a Bexley Celebration Mardi Gras with a broad stub nib. It is a discontinued model, but with some help from Cajun Pen Shop the folks at Bexley located one more. It is shipping today from Bexley and I am excited! This is to date my most expensive pen purchased, in the range of the standard Pelikan 400's.

Slim matte black Targa, should arrive today, according to USPS tracking it is on its way to destination. Also a pair of Jinhao X450s in pearly white, from China. Takes much longer than from NY.

next week, I am buying my m1000 with its m nib and a bottle of MB British racing green ink at my usual favorite penshop.

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Not exactly in the post, but I won't get it until next Monday at the earliest. There's a box on my desk at the office, from Andy Evans (andys-pens.co.uk) containing a Sailor 1911 Classic in black with gold trim and an extra fine nib. As I've been at home all this week I'll get it on my return to work next week, which is either Monday or Tuesday. Call it an incentive!

I've been waiting on my Pelikan M400 Brown Tortoise with a BB nib from Richard Binder since Saturday the 20th. It should have been here Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. The mail has already come today, still no Binderized Pelikan. I'm afraid it has been lost or misdelivered. Hopefully it will come tomorrow.

It came tonight! The post man sheepishly returned--he had delivered the package to the wrong address and the recipient put it back in his or her mailbox today with a large "DELIVERED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS" written on the front. I'm so glad that whoever mistakenly received my pen was honest about it. Now I can stop worrying! And the pen is lovely, a beautiful companion to my White Tortoise, and its nib is perfect of course.

Waiting for a gold-filled, user-grade Parker 75. :] I can't wait! >w< Though I am interested now in its way of drinking in ink--aerometric converters are soemething I've never heard of, and I often confuse it with aeromatic. o.o
