I'm finally not waiting for anything, and intend to stay that way through the end of the year. However, the Ohio Pen Show just ended, and this is what came home with me.

two firsts for me:

Beautiful! I've had my eye on the Alabaster version for so long, but other pens keep shoving it back down the list.

 

I'm still waiting on the Ackerman pump pen.. Which is not a surprise, but still frustrating. I would LIKE to get sketching with it in the near future. I sent them an email last night to ask about its whereabouts, no response just yet. I'll give it a couple days and send another, or post a public inquiry to their site, which seems to get a response. But there are no recent posts on there, so that makes me suspicious.

The acrylic looks very much like one Conway Stewart used. I have a pen in it. Very nice toffee coloured.
