nice pens....

some diamine ox blood or MB Red Chalk (if you can even find it this late in the year) would look nice in that pen.

I happen to have oxblood! I will try it in next fill.

Going to give the Pilot E95s a try. Got a red one coming in the mail.

Might I suggest not flinging it when you get it? Freaked out at a hair on my arm while holding mine & spit some Antietam out across a wall. Fortunately, it landed on a soft surface without any damage, but it looked like a crime scene for a while.

The Osmiroid 65 with 5 italic nibs arrived. Partial to the B2 & B3 nibs which provide a variety of line widths. Pen is in excellent condition. No scratches or nicks. Discovered that I have to write a bit slower with these italic nibs for the ink flow. Hope to improve my handwriting.

Pilot Lucina in Yellow, F-nib (they seem to be available only with F-nibs these days). I owned one before - gifted it to a new FP user - missed it - bought another. It's on the way from Taizo at Engeika along with a CON-50 converter to replace the aerometric converter it comes with. Pen = $45.90, CON-50 = $4.75, Tracked EMS Shipping = $9.75, $60.15 total. The pen alone from Jetpens in the U.S. is $82.50. Go figure.

4 pen lot of NoNonsense & a converter. Doing some early Christmas shopping. My sister wanted to buy some junk fp, so I gave her a 616 I had collecting dust. While I was loading it up, she started looking at my pens & mentioned she wanted a blue italic NN, so I grabbed the lot. Gives her the blue one she wanted, the full italic nib set, a replacement body for my orange NN, & a couple to spare.

Super excited for my first vacuum filler that's coming in few days. Blue Vac 700 in broad. It's gonna be my grading pen.

Some Brause nibs, oblique holder, J. Herbin Ambre de Birmanie, some 0.9 & 1.5mm lead for my new (old) pencils. Going to try the nibs with the Desiderata when it gets here. If they don't work out with the D, then I've got a holder to mess with.

I was reminded I had ordered a TWSBI 580 AL from Pendelton Brown when it came in the mail.

This is not to say it was slow to ship - on the contrary, it was very quick! - but that my last couple of weeks have been incredibly busy. That doesn't look likely to change till the middle of January.

The sad part is that I haven't inked it yet, and don't know when I'll get to it.
