What pen are you waiting for in the mail?

Not waiting on any pens, but I'm waiting on three bottles of iroshizuku.

I ordered asa-gao, yama-budo, and a smokey grey-blue that I can't remember the name of now.

Fuyu Syogun?

Well a nice new Lamy 2000 with fine nib should be on its way to Massdrop HQ at some point soon, where it will be shipped off to me here in Sunny (for now...) Chicago.

I realized I was under budget on my pen spending splurge, so I just added a vintage pen, a Duryea #2 14k gold nib BCHR (taking a risk on whether or not the nib is flexy, as there's no information about it, but it looks in fairly good condition and it was cheap.) And a Rosetta Napoleon Lemon Ice 1.1mm stub. Now I'm tapped out for the year, unless those acrylic Noodler's Neponsets are released soon.

A second Sheaffer Targa 1003, with a 14k nib, for the princely sum of $40. This one's slated to be polished, cleaned up, and gifted to a friend as her birthday present.

Calculating.

Loss my equilibrium, and now waiting for a Osmiroid 65 with 5 italic nibs. Will probably require just a bit of nib smoothing, but wanted to try something different.

I just received my Acrylic Konrad in Coral Sea a few days ago. I promptly ground the nib for added flex and hacked and heat-set the feed. Here's a picture with a flex writing sample in Noodler's Eel Turquoise, which goes perfectly with the color of the pen  Have fun with your Coral Sea Konrad when it arrives.

That is a very attractive pen. I need to take a serious look at this one, along with a 1.1 Goulet nib. Does this pen have the Ahab smell?? Beautiful ink combination.

Damn you Esterbrook people & the pens you wrote in on. I caved & picked up a black double jewel J with a 9668 on the way to bed last night.

So you got bit by that "la pluma estilografica" bug and you caved in (LOL). I do understand - that black double jewel transitional J-Series is one of my favorite, along with the B-stub #2314 nib. Join the ranks...joins the ranks. I've been looking for the antidote for this FP affliction and have not found it yet. ;) ;)

An Arnold! And some pen restoration supplies from Fountain Pen Sacs (no affiliation) so I can start turning old stuff into "new" pens for me or to sell.

Man, some of you guys go all out!! I have a TWSBI VAC700 en route to me on loan from amberleadavis (pretty pumped about trying this thing out!) and an Esterbrook SJ in blue with a NOS 2668 med nib. Vintage usually makes me nervous, but it was "fully restored", so I'm taking the chance. If I like it, a copper and red are in my future...

My Parker Parkette arrived today, and it is a gorgeous little thing. The grey/black/red marbling reminds me of bloodstone. <3 The steel nib has lost pretty much all of its gold plating, but otherwise is in good condition. It's also the cleanest vintage pen I've ever bought.. I have it soaking in some room-temp water to clear off ink, and so far, no ink. A shocker!

My great-grandfather's flatop Diamond Medal which is currently with Danny Fudge. Hopefully, by the end of the week. He's installing a new sac and reassembilng the lever bar which I'd managed to knock loose when trying to clean out the old, ossified sac.
