What pen are you waiting for in the mail?

I've got three more coming:

Waterman #3 (if I'm correct)

Sheaffer snorkel (Admiral? Statesman?)

Esterbrook CM-100?

Oh...and ink...

P.R. Invincible Blue (yeah, I did it)

P.R. Orange Crush (since there is apparently no more Tangerine Dream)

Monteverde Prima, Purple Swirl & a Jinhao 599 Metal Body Gold. Just received the Nussbaum Pen Co. Phoenix Series - White Mountain.

You're gonna love the Phoenix, it's a great pen and sooo pretty. Comfortable weight and very nice balance.

I'm waiting on mine to arrive back from lahlahlaw who did his (infamous) Tomahawk mod on the nib. He also put some spring in an Edison EF (on the pink Nouveau Premier from Goulet) and stubbed a Delta Dreidal M.

Life's too short to use crappy pens.  -carlos.q

I picked up my 78G at the post office last night. I love its fine stroke, even on poor copy paper! Smooth writer out of the box envelope.

Just waiting on some more dip nibs, but all my recent pen purchases made it! I have my Esterbrook 9048 nib soaking to remove all the old crusty ink, my Truk Lagoon Noodler's Creaper works wonderfully, but I am charging up my dremel to modify a G nib for it, and my Noodler's Ahab in Crow looks stunning with a Monteverde fine black nib in it. And it writes like warm butter. *happy dance*

My Stipula arrived today and I have to say I am very surprised; it's a stunning pen in many respects. Might get a chance to do a little review soon. Been playing with it all day.

I ordered 2x30ml bottles to try, one of majestic blue + one of midnight :)

For next purchases, I'm also interested by : Visconti blue

Noodler's like 54th Massachusetts

As i'm a student (high school) i will stay with deep blue colors that i like + i'll maybe buy an other pen for underlining if it's possible with a fountain pen. If i can do you have any red ink to recommend ?

I'm left hand-writing so if you have pens or ink by preference that quickly dry or you recommend it would be very good.

The TWSBI classic looks very good and i think i will order it as my next main pen !

I'm also searching for an e-shop to buy noodler's inks etc, can you help me ?

Any european e-shop is welcome,

Thanks ;)

Hi Armand...Majestic Blue and Midnight are both nice colours, and Midnight is one of my favourite blues. I haven't used 54th Mass, but would like to one day. Have used the Visconti though, and that's another fave.

My favourite red is Diamine Poppy.

The only eshop I know that sells Noodlers, is purepens, as 7of9 has already mentioned, and sadly they don't have the 54th.

Enjoy!

Juicy 0.8mm, Sheaffer'S 5-30...can't wait!

I may have possibly gone a bit nuts lately. At the moment I'm waiting for delivery of:

  • A Franklin-Christoph 20 pen case
  • A Pilot VP from Massdrop
  • A black Kaweco AL Sport
  • A TWSBI Diamond 850, and
  • A full-size Sailor 1911 with a M-F nib

They'll likely arrive in dribs and drabs over the next month or so, so I shouldn't have too many problems with which to try first!
