What pen are you waiting for in the mail?

So, the pen came yesterday afternoon. I think it's a 100, from doing a little research online (found a website where someone was selling what looks just like this only the length is listed as being a tad different -- but the angled shape of the cap ring is the same. I thought the nib was going to be a B, but it actually appears to be an italic! The nib is marked as what looks to me to be "1 0" or "1 O").

Oh, and mine actually says "W. Germany" on the band. Don't remember about my 200 with the Bayer logo on it (apparently a corporate gift pen originally), but I"m pretty sure that the 400 just says "Germany". Anyone know offhand if that's a way to narrow down the date on the pen? Or is this something for the Pelikan forum (or actually getting photos to the woman at Pelikan that I was in contact with to get info about the 200)?

The Pilot Vanishing Point arrived from Japan. It was so quick eBay isn't yet letting me provide feedback on the seller!

It's a really nice pen. Lighter than I imagined, but solid feeling. It came with a CON-20 converter, but is currently inked with the cartridge it came with (because I thought attempting to use the CON-20 for the first time after a couple of beers last night was potentially a recipe for disaster).

Having read a lot about how fine Japanese nibs are, I got a medium, and it's quite a lot thicker than I expected. Not bad, just a bit surprising.

Now I'm even more keen to get my Metros to see how they compare (especially the fine).

My Lamy 2000m arrived but what was supposed to be a fine nib turned out to be an oblique medium. probably sending off for a Pendleton grind.

Not waiting on a pen per se but am waiting on a selection of sacs and other restorational pieces-parts... which will be enough to bring at least four and as many as seven pens to full functionality: two Sheaffers, and one each Esterbrook, Wearever, Conklin, Arnold and Cascade. So in a weird way, I'm waiting for pens I already own. :D

A Stipula Etruria in "Champagne" celluloid with a 1.1 mm italic nib from Bryant.

A Conway Stewart Belliver in "Nebula" resin with an IM nib from Couronne du Comte, which is having an FPN discount right now. The Belliver, my favorite CS model, is being discontinued. This makes me unhappy, but Dennis has it discounted, so (reasonable price - discount - FPN discount) = incredible bargain!

Not a pen, but I have ordered several different pen carrying items from a brand new manufacturer/vendor: www.NockCo.com. They make some novel designs in attractive colors. I couldn't resist, even though I need another pen case like I need another pen, or a hole in the head.
