A user grade Parker 61 in black with a reportedly flushed capillary unit, ready to write, according to the seller. Been meaning to get one of these for a while, so, at $40, I couldn't really pass it up. Not when everything else is going for $70+ on eBay now.

Calculating.

  • Faber Castell Loom - extra fine w/ a converter.
  • An Osmiroid 65 with a "B2" nib

A Bexley Posiden in yellow from Richard Binder.

I was one of one of two lucky people who was

able to snag the ones he had on his website.

And the Bexley family continues to grow!

#1 is a Parker Vector in blue (a boring looking affair)

Oh, the Parker Vector isn't boring, it's a very robust fountain pen  .

The only drawbacks to it are that the section is steel, and it's a bit thin. But it's a great fountain pen to take out into the big wide (dangerous) world.

Try taking it out with you, you may not find it to be so boring when you're using it in the wild.

I have fallen off the wagon :wallbash: !

I currently have more than one i717 piston filler Dollar Pens snailing their way to me. Actually the USPS tracking says that I'll be getting them in a couple of days, thoroughbred snail.

Yeah, I had a moment of weakness and that's all it took.

I haven't been buying pens for years, can't afford it. Well I'm going to have to afford these fountain pens. I will have to immediately go back on the wagon here. But once every few years isn't that bad, right? And maybe I'll hit the lottery one of these days and have enough money to buy all the fountain pens and ink that I want. Yeah, that could happen :D .

Now I've got a couple of Esterbrook J's coming - a green one and a black Bell System pen. I really lucked out on EBay this time - about $15.00 for both.

not really sure this is appropriate but cannot find an equivalent forum. I am waiting for a brown leather Van der Spek pen case. Cannot wait and am looking forward to being able to provide my pen collection the opportunity to stay in five star accommodation...
