Just ordered my Lamy AL-star Special Edition bluegreen FP form the Goulet Pen Co. Brian G is really eating up my bank account...I have more Tootsie pops than I can count! It's to the point where my mother is now receiving my orders so I won't get the "Have you gone CRAZY?!" look from my husband.

Just purchased a piston-fill Bobino, needs a bit of work. We'll see how it comes out.

Waiting on a Garant Alkor semi-flex German pen that is coming from Bulgaria, so who knows when it'll get here, a Pilot VP, 2 Waterman slim pens, and a Noodler's Konrad. Out of control.

My Platinum Preppy multi-colored collection of 7 pens from the Goulet Pen Co. I also got Ink samples. These are going to be my "play with ink" pens. Also got supplies so I can turn them all into eyedroppers.

My final reward for completing my classes. Now I just have a few more pens on my current wish list, the more expensive ones, of course.

A Sailor Professional Gear Black Velvet.

It's gonna take 2 weeks for Engeika to receive it, then another week to get it to me. =(

No, it LEFT the USPS sort facility in Elk Grove Village, IL on 3/10/14. So it's past the customs inspection stage and is floating somewhere out in the USPS system. :/

I've had two inbound USPS packages during the past year get to within 30 miles of here, then take off for side trips of 700 and 850 miles over several days before finally making it to the clearly stated destination. Back in high school during the late 60's, had a letter mailed by a friend in L.A. to me in Thousand Oaks, about 60 miles, that got as far out as Guam before finally making a landing in my mailbox. I'm assuming that boredom, rather than alcohol, was involved in all three diversions. Probably.

Well, I'm giving it until next Friday before I officially call it lost. Then the company said they would either refund the money or send out another one.

A couple:

This: A Pelikan 1935 Jade Limited Edition with an OB nib. Used but clean enough that it is hard to tell if it had been inked or not, so the broker tells me.

And one of these: A Pelikan 1935 Lapis Limited Edition, OBB nib. Also second hand, and again possibly uninked (not sold as such) but mentioned to indicate that there is no indication that it had been used.

These pens could arrive as soon as tomorrow however more likely that they will appear at the village P.O. Monday or Tuesday. Anxiously awaiting.
