I'm waiting for this unrestored leverfill to arrive shortly. It was a cheapy off ebay so no real harm done if restoration goes wrong. Not sure what i can do about staining on cap as i think its ink.

I think I heard, on an episode of the FPGeeks podcast, that if you soaked the cap in a solution of 10% bleach and 90% water for a few hours, it should take the ink right off. Good luck with the restoration, it looks like a great pen.

Regards,

Kevin

So we left it at that. He showed us the maneuver after a sort. B*****d stole my kill.'

I'm worth it.

;)

I really would like the re-issue- the tortoise M101N- but I'm going to see how I like this vintage one first. What color M800? Do you have any Pelikans?

As far as my Pelikans are concerned, the 400NN in Tortoise is the absolute nicest pen in my collection.

Got a box from Richard Binder with, presumably, a fine nibbed Pilot Vanishing Point in it, but I'm not allowed to open it until my birthday...

My wife chose the color/trim, so I don't know what it actually looks like.

I'm waiting for the return of my Pilot Custom Heritage 92, Waterman Le Man 100 and Parker 51 that I sent to Pendleton Brown for some nib work.

I'm also waiting for the return of my Lamy 2000 that was sent back for warrantee replacement of a faulty nib.

I must admit I'm as excited about the return of these pens as I would be for the arrival of a new pen.

Lamy Studio Palladium - my 6th Lamy. If all is as expected I got quite a good deal on the auction.

Did I just jinx myself? We shall see on Tuesday.

Also, I have a Visconti VG demonstrator awaiting Mike M's attention, .7mm stub is the expected finished product. Excited to finally experience his work!

Pilot Vanishing Point EF nib and a spare F nib from Richard Binder.

Since my purchase of the Sailor 1911M did not went through, this would be my first Japanese fp. I can't wait to try it!

Also waiting on a few ink samples from Goulet Pens. I think I've gone a tad overboard with the amount of inks I've been purchasing.

I am waiting for a Loclen Futura with gold nib. It comes with a steel nib but I was able to get it with the gold Bock, a little bit more expensive but I think it will be worth it.
