What pen are you waiting for in the mail?

I am currently waiting for my Noodlers Baystate Blue ink that came with two pens, a Platinum Preppy and some kind of brush pen.

Even though I was supposed to wait until payday for any new pens, I had a sudden need for blue ink. Yeah, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it. ;)

I'm also now waiting for two bottles of ink (R&K Scabiosa and Salix) as well as a few samples for my manfriend... They're coming from the Goulets, so hopefully my pen and ink will all get here at the same time!

I'm waiting for a Hero 160 with the 12k gold nib, a Baoer 100 that i accidently won for 3 dollars and the Jinhao snake pen. Seriously if you like gaudy, awesome pens look up the snake pen. I'm psyched for it.

All of these were the results of eBay in the wee hours of the morning...

I just checked the shipping status of my Jinhao X450 I bought on Ebay and as luck would have it, it will be here TOMORROW! Over a week EARLY, since it was shipped from China. Now I'm just hoping the ink cartridges I bought will show up tomorrow as well. :)

Time to start deciding what bottled ink to start trying. ;)

I've decided to stop looking at my bank account and placed an order for a Sailor 1911M with EF nib. I've only been using a Lamy Safari, Nexx and Al-Star so this is a huge leap for me. However, I've always wanted to try an EF nib since I occasionally write in Japanese and Chinese, so I thought one that's made in Japan would be a great choice.

Also waiting on a Diamine Rustic Brown ink and Private Reserve Velvet Black ink!

Two Pilot Metropolitan pens from Goulet Pens to give as starter pens to some interested friends. One black with a zig zag pattern, the other silver with a dot pattern.

Lady Sheaffer XI, and apparently my dad got me a dip pen (with box) for new years that hasn't quite arrived yet (overseas shipment). IMPATIENT!

Got my Jinhao X450 in the mail yesterday (a WEEK EARLY!). But the ink cartridges I ordered are LATE arriving. So I have no ink to play with. :(

I really hope that I haven't just purchased a lump of junk, but I took a chance on a Jinhao X450 for the princely sum of €4 with free postage and packaging. I don't understand how they can actually do this; surely it costs more to post it to me?!!

I'm also waiting on a Waterman Ideal with flex nib that I probably overpaid for - but I just couldn't resist it. Looking forward to getting it.

I paid 99 cents, plus 6 Dollars shipping for my X450. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find it. :)

Sounds like my dark blue M405 will soon be on its way back to me from Chartpak!

I recently received a Jinhao 500 for $6.50 USD and that included shipping. AND it has turned out to be a very smooth pen and a great writer. Who knew?

I am presently waiting for a Lamy 2000 in stainless steel with an obb nib. I believe it was sold on ebay by someone on this forum. I have several Lamy Safari pens and a few Al-Star but this one really caught my eye. It is reminiscent of the Parker 51 in looks. I hope it writes as well :)

Another Kaigelu 356. Love the utility, sturdiness, feel, and price. A daily workhorse, and half the price even of the Metropolitan (and no awkward step).

I am waiting with baited breath for a 1942 Parker 51. It has some wear, but for me that adds to its beauty. I am new to fountain pens, and I chose to focus my collection, on my favorite time in history: WWII. I have a long ways to go, but it will be a grand journey getting there. But gosh, won't this be a wonderful way to kick it off!
