I can turn something if I have to; the problem being that I have a woodworking lathe instead of a precision machine lathe.

I've no idea how much it will cost. If it's too high, I'll buy some vulcanite stock from a pipe-maker's supply-house and turn a friction fit cap myself. I'd prefer to get one made so it will screw on with the pen threads and have a pocket clip. (Again, Delta 4-something antique vs a metal lathe.)

That never occurred to me either! A Delta 4-something should do just fine.

Still waiting on the blue and black M100's. Why must customs take so long with these things?

I'm waiting for a Noodler's Ahab in Apache Tortoise coming from Goulet along with 1.1mm stub that will go in immediately after the obligatory disassembling and flushing.

Well mine came so fast I couldn't get time to post, A Marbie Todd Swallow combo!

I'd never seen one before, so I couldn't resist, as the BIN seemed pretty reasonable, and the pen is complete. One of the things that I really like about it is the FP cap has a screw on cover for a hidden eraser!

I am awaiting a Pelikan M600 Tortoiseshell White (EF nib). I thought about getting the M600 Tortoiseshell White; but, I decided to go for a larger sized M600 instead.

Staedtler Mars 700 (3x0) .1 mm technical pen.

I have a (4x0) .18 which I haven't used in some time, but is missing the cap. As far as I can tell, the point on the one I have is in working condition. I couldn't find a cap, and this was well priced.

Okay, betweenthelens, that gets my attention. I am fascinated by safety pens.

The pen I'm waiting for, at least until Tuesday, is an Edison Nouveau Premiere Macassar Ebonite LE. (Gold trim, two-tone fine steel nib.)

I've not owned a safety so this will be quite different. I'll review it when it arrives. Do you have a photo of your pen? Sounds lovely.

**I just looked up your pen and the ebonite is beautiful. Please post photos/review when it arrives!

I've never owned one, either. That's part of the reason they fascinate me. I look forward to to your review.
