I'm expecting a Visconti Opera Master clear demo today and I'm up early because I can't wait, don't want to miss the postman needing my signature!

PELIKAN - Too many birds in the flock to count. My pen chest has proven to be a most fertile breeding ground.

A custom Collier from Edison, a birthday gift from my wife. The barrel is persimmon swirl. The section, cap and end cap are black. The nib is 18 K gold, fine. It should ship by 11/25.

Woo-hoo!

Congrats Bill! That persimmon should be getting close by now!

Some Indian pens: A Camlin Trinity (Teal) and a couple of Dillis. Ordered yesterday and it feels like two weeks ago. Waiting is agony.

- Arrived today! Fast delivery from India. Filled the Camlin Trinity with Noodler's Army Green and like both the shading of the green and the fine nib line. My first fine nib. Have to resist the urge to press harder to make the line darker sinec that is what I am used to with my Dilli flex nib with Baystate Blue and Ahab flex filled with Pelikan black (Apache Tortoise barrel) .

Soo excited. I took advantage of Fahrney's $25 off coupon (applicable to purchases over $200) and finally bought a blue fountain pen like I've been dreaming of. ;)

Just ordered today, Montegrappa's Espressione with Fine nib:

A Lamy Vista that I picked up at a very good price on ebay, and a PIF package that includes a F Lamy nib and some ink samples. Both were in my box when I returned tonight, but I can't take delivery until tomorrow.....methinks I need to upsize my PO box. :)

A Sailor 1911 Medium from Nibs.com. Hopefully it won't get overly delayed in the Christmas mail rush.

Shipping to canada is still a 2 week minimum it seems.

I've been doing a little vintage shopping, thankful for the internet and access to global inventories, Who'd a thunk that CS and some nice Swans are in greater supply in the UK?

CS 226 and 85L (my first levers), to be fit with what I'm told are Fine nibs....
