I am looking forward to a Lamy 2000, ef nib. Should take a couple of weeks to get here. Don't tell my wife, btw.

Arrived a week early! Yay. It writes beautifully out of the box.

A vintage French fountain pen with semi-flex nib and button filler. My friend Tim says it could be a Plexor.

I'm waiting for two: a Baoer 388 and a Duke 209. Also, I've ordered a loupe, some micromesh, mylar, and brass shim. I want to get working on all these inexpensive pens to turn them into really excellent writers.

Still waiting on a Pelikan M150. Travelling from NY to Philadelphia via USPS first class and so far only 3 days beyond the expected delivery date. USPS is driving me crazy lately.

PELIKAN - Too many birds in the flock to count. My pen chest has proven to be a most fertile breeding ground.

Cheap and boring: I'm waiting on a Preppy. I lost my last cheap fountain pen and needed a replacement... and an excuse to buy some ink samples. Well, I need something to put in the pen, right? :P

I am waiting for a pen I had in mind for years: a Delta Dolce Vita piston filler stub nib. Can't wait to try it!

Cheers,

Pierre

I have only one Edison Purple-Web Cellulose (clipless) Pearl.

It's very convenient that Edison pens can easily exchange their nibs-units (just carefully screw-out & screw-in,... a la Pelikan).

This is my third reply onto this long, long thread.

I know this is not about a pen,...but it's about the very heart of a pen,...its nib.

For the most part, I don't collect pens. It's the custom nibs that I'm after.

I have wanted a Richard Binder italic nib for quite a while now.

Yesterday I ordered a #6, JoWo/Edison, unplated 18K, Broad nib-unit, to be turned into a 0.8 mm. stub/italic.

Can't wait to try this one out!

I have two coming - a Pelikan 120 II EF NOS (green/black) Merz & Krell and a Pelikan M205 (red) I had the choice of M or F - I think the M is coming. (only have one other M). Won't arrive for awhile as they are coming from Australia.
