Probably not exciting to anyone here, but I was thrilled to find a loooooooong awaited Diplomat Traveller (big delay in shipping, despite being a domestic retailer) in the mailbox yesterday. It's my first Diplomat, and so far it's a pleasure. In addition to the lovely cornflower blue color (the initial appeal - not gonna lie), it's a smaller profile. Since my hands are tiny, that's helpful.

 

I have a converter for it; but I was tempted to try the Private Reserve cartridges that arrived in the same order, so I did. (All three of my favorite PR inks come in cartridges. Hurray!) A lovely, smooth Tanzanite line started up immediately. Flow is smooth as silk, yielding a strong medium line.

 

I can see adding another (the colors are beautiful) sometime down the road.
