I'm finally buying my reward pen: an Edison Collier Persimmon Swirl. Also, for no reason, I ordered a Noodler's Ebonite Konrad in Rebellion Red, something I've wanted since they first came out. For that brief instant before they sold out again, I ordered one! I'm really excited to get back from my trip to Fargo because they will be waiting for me.

It will keep me from doing any side trips on the way home!

Some Hero fountain pens from the 90's - NOS.

I think I have others of the same model, which I liked, so I got myself some more, in pretty colors.

Not a lot of money or "important" pens - they just make me smile.

A Noodler's Konrad Flex in the Rebellion Red Ebonite/Black Ripple. I ordered it yesterday and I see today they're out of stock again.

I also ordered a Goulet's #6 1.1mm stub nib to play with.

Do screw-in nib units count? (After all, a nib is the most important part of a pen.)

If so, I'm waiting for a JoWo #6, 1.1 mm ss. stub/italic that has been modified by Pendleton Brown (no affiliation) into an 0.8 mm. Butter-Line stub.

I can hardly wait to install it into my Purple-Web Celluloid Edison Pearl.

Waiting for Pelikan 140 blue.

It'll be the last addition to my Pel 140 collection.

Gray, yellow, demonstrator, mother-of-pearl and tortoise are far beyond my reach.

A Sheaffer Delta Grip with an italic nib from Pendemonium. My first 'new' pen in over a month. Is the addiction waning? :D

I saw the Rebellion Red back in stock for that brief moment! It was like witnessing a leprechaun in the forest on St. Patty's Day for a split second!

I have a Noodler's Dixie #10, Hero 616, and Kaigelu 316 in the mail! :)

After a couple of recommendations on my new member thread, I'm eagerly awaiting my first vintage pen / first flex pen: a Mabie Todd Swan in marbled grey with No.2 semi-flex nib from Goodwriterspensales. I'm hoping it will arrive tomorrow.

I'm waiting on a Lamy Safari in Lime. I wanted this one the very first time I saw it, but by then it was already discontinued. Several times, I almost bought the Apple Green back when it was in production, to serve as a substitute, but I just didn't like it as much of the Lime. I found a good deal on it a few days ago, so I took the plunge.

Jinhao 159 should be here next week, ordered the broad nib, I have read that there is no discernible difference in the medium and the broad though.

Noodler's Ahab Arizona, and samples of Q'Ternity, 54th Mass, North African Violets, and I think there was a fourth but I can't remember. But I'm going to use these inks in Lamy Safaris or Pilot 78Gs. (Noodler's pens don't get along with bulletproof inks very well)

Glad to know some people recently got colors like Lapis Inferno, because I was afraid a bunch of colors on my gotta catch 'em all list were discontinued. I really hope more batches will be produced.

Now I must decide which non-staining color to put in my Arizona Ahab. Purple, Indigo, or Blue?? So hard to decide.

Probably cycle through them.

and then and then and then later, later I will get

Lapis Inferno + royal blue

Medieval Lapis + midnight

Carnolian Honey + purple or indigo

Pima Tortoise

Apache Tortoise

Green Mountain + evergreen

Turk Lagoon or truk lagoon, idk whatever + light blue ink for sketching

Cobalt + PR DC SS Blue

and a zillion million more
