What pen are you waiting for in the mail?

Thanks to the Cross sale, I'm now waiting for two Cross pens in addition to the Phileas that I mentioned upthread.

- Cross ATX in Sage Green

- Cross Century II in Ruby

- Waterman Phileas

I'm quite excited! They're the first pens I've ordered for myself, and they're my only pens other than the one I have now (a Levenger TrueWriter).

Sale? Where?

:)

On the Cross website. There are only a few FPs for sale, though; limited selection of color, style, and nib size, but good discounts on the handful that are available.

Mine haven't actually shipped yet, so I'm still waiting on that, but the Phileas is in transit now and should arrive soon.

I'm currently waiting on two vintage Watermans (Watermen?): a 503 and a 32 1/2. The former will be posted on the 5th and the latter tomorrow, so I should get both next week some time. It should be a good week!

*Deep Inhale*

A Pelikan 400 with flexible OBB nib, a Varuna Dip Pen with flexible italic Waterman nib, a semiflex Leverless Swan, a fine flexible Waterman 56, and a BCHR Conway Stewart 479 with fine flexible nib.

*Exhale*

So, at the beginning of the year, I was given a pen budget....

Yeah. I'm not getting any more pens until summer, that's for sure. The good news is that I don't care! I've turned off all my eBay searches, and am thrilled to have so many vintage pens from classic makers coming to me. It's going to take months to get to know these pens, and I can't wait!

I'm currently waiting for an Esterbrook SJ, a Dinouyang 818, and 6 Wearevers.

I'm itching to ink the Wearevers and get a sac in the Estie, if it needs one, and get it flowing too.

I am waiting for a Danitrio Alphaplus. My experiences with my other two Danitrios, a Densho (raw ebonite ED with the flexy stub nib) and a Tosca (cracked ice!) have me drooling in anticipation for this one. :puddle:

I'm waiting for a Namiki Falcon Soft fine and a Waterman 52 1/2 with a fine flex nib (looking forward to that!) from John Mottishaw. Getting tired of waiting - sort of takes the fun out of it once you get past a certain point, ordered them late mid december and they landed in a bordering country 11 days ago. You can't help to not get your hopes up when it is so close and think that you WILL get them the next day, but then you dont, and the day after that and so on.
