  • 2 weeks later...

  • Lot of 3 Hero 616 Jumbo in 3 colors (black, green, wine-red)
  • Kaigelu 365 blue medium nib (but I am afraid it is not what I was thingking about ...)
  • Indian made eyedroppers, a novelty to me, about what I am impatient to try:
    • Airmail 55 Blue, nib: medium
    • Airmail 80 Red, nib: medium
    • Airmail 44 Green, nib: medium

and the relevant silicon grease to seal thread.

Sergio

No trace of the chinese ones ... (who cares, I am starting to think ...): I have been waiting for more than a month and still no delivery.

If neither the Kaigelu nor the Hero arrive, that will be the third time I loose a shipment from China via e-bay: enough for me to stop buying there.

But exactly fifteen days after placing the order, here come the indian ones!

Airmail fountain pens di S.R.GE, su Flickr

From right to left:

  • syringe with some silicon grease to seal eye dropper pen reservoir thread
  • the blue Airmail 55
  • the green Airmail 44
  • the red Airmail 80
  • a free eye dropper to fill pens
  • a free Serwex 101.

Great job again from Fountain Pen Revolution ... pens arrived pre-greased and I liked the care in the packaging, too: I am appriciating Kevin more and more.

Pens look like being good quality, I am going to try them starting from tomorrow: if someone is interested in, I will report.

A Lamy 2000 kindly sent by a friend/collector.

...Somehow, it's making me feel like a kid on Christmas morning. :meow:

Pelikan M200 clear demonstrator with XF nib and XXXF artist's nib (Richard Binder). It's supposed to ship tomorrow. I am probably going to be making eyes at the mailbox until it arrives. I also have no clue which nib it'll come installed with, so we'll see! (I hope it isn't hard to swap them out.)

Three days ago I ordered from a respectable shop in Germany a Montblanc PoA Queen Elizabeth I. And I'm getting impatient, because I'm anxious in handholding and writing with it to find out whether my experiences will concur with others. I truly hope it will differ.

With love,

Two Chinese pens, a Hero 612 and a mystery Sorrel.

Hopefully I time them right so that the packages arrive at the proper houses over break, I'll be visiting my parents for a couple weeks and then back to school.
