I'm waiting on "The Belmont" in Caribbean Blue with a custom ground Stub nib from Mr. Binder. It looks so pretty and the filling system intrigues me.

I did't win the Tibaldi Iride on ebay, so I went for a Stipula for Mercury in blue marble. But then I got a second chance offer for another Iride and now I'm having both. Madness...

FPN members, who have given me great advice, continue to praise the

LAMY 2000. I have extra pocket money from recent sale of "Big Yellow",

a Vintage Duofold Senior. LAMY 2000 is on the way from Goulet Pens.

It wasn't the best price, but they are the best people.

"Why the h*** didn't you bring my LAMY fountain pen?", I patiently asked

my mailman at yesterday's July 4th cookout.

He replied, "Wack, muffooo fuff ku-ku BEER !"
