Waiting for a Lamy Safari with an italic 1.5 nib. I've had them in the past but the flat spots bothered me. This time I'm going to grind it to an oblique. Hopefully this will place the flat spots in the perfect place to line up the nib. I hold it with my index finger right on the ridge at about 1:00. Might make it too obliqued to function, we'll see. Someone could make money if the offered round sections for these pens, or perfectly shaped rubber stick on pieces to place onto the flat spots making it a round section.

Waiting for an English Parker Victory from a favorite ebay seller in Kent, UK. Ironically, I broke my right arm (yes, I am right handed) on Saturday and so will be waiting longer to enjoy this incoming vintage beauty.

Well, I'm kind of going out on a limb, but I have a Conklin Stylograph Mosaic on its way right now. I don't have any experience with modern Conklins, so I'm not too sure what to expect. I'll do a proper review of this pen after spending some time with it.

I am in love with using my 1952 Eversharp 713 that was a mail order pen and my TWSBI 540 Diamond is a pen with a monster reservoir and on my desk and used in the office without fear of breaking the bank if I lose it. The Levenger True Writer in a broad is on order for on my desk with my initials on the thing so I can have a FP around at work for signing the materials that come in twice a day and usually take me a half hour to review and sign.

Rob Maguire (Plse call me "M or Mags" like my friends do...)I use a Tablet, Apple Pencil and a fountain pen. Targas, Sailor, MB, Visconti, Aurora, vintage Parkers, all wonderful.

Edison Herald (production line) in the Amber Tortoise, it has a steel fine nib. I can't wait to get it but I will probably because I bought it from Richard Binder who was at the Triangle Pen Shows and will not be able to ship until the 9th and on the 9th I leave for cruise. At least I will have something to look forward to when I get back. :P

Nothing fancy -- just the free pens that come with a 4-1/2 oz bottle of KTC (I think a brush pen and an eyedropper).

OTOH, the replacement nib and feed for the Konrad arrived yesterday (thanks again to Dick Egolf of Luxury Brands USA :notworthy1: ), so once I get the pen flushed out well I'm going to perform "surgery".

Wish me luck everyone, I'm new at this tinkering business!

By the time I get it fixed, maybe my Goulet Pens order will have arrived, so I can refill it with more KTC (a very felicitous combination of pen and ink, even with the borked nib).

Couldn't resist any longer ... sent an order to CFP last week for a Nakaya Piccolo Writer in Kuro-tamenuri with a Ruthenium-plated medium stub nib and a matching Ruthenium clip. John Mottishaw is away so have to wait until the week of June 18th for him to custom grind the nib.

Two Parker 45s from the Bay, one XF nib circa mid-60s, one unknown nib, circa mid-70s.

That's what I get for spending too much time on FPN! Time to go on the wagon (again ~sigh~)
