Been patiently awaiting for a Pelikan M800 to arrive, 3 weeks and counting ..Silly (and cheap) me, just because it was a slightly better price decided to order from eBay seller all the way from Germany so I only have myself to blame for the delay...Today ordered a M200 (gift for someone else) from Todd, and I should have it in just a few days. Learned my lesson about purchases from overseas.

TWSBI Vac 700, Blue, Medium. Should be here today from the Goulet's. Oh, and some Noodlers BBH.

Should have ordered a TWSBI inkwell while I was at it, but decided to stop at the pen and ink.

Yesterday I won two auctions on eBay. One is a used Parker 45 in its original box with instructions, converter and 1 cartridge and it was less then $9.00.

The other was for my first Scripto, on its original card, with a box of cartridges also on their original card.

Waiting .... waiting ... waiting ....

I am waiting on my first Wahl Eversharp to come back from a workover and then over the weekend I bought a new Jinhao 159 (the black Dreadnaught). Can't wait to ink either of these up. I want to test drive test drive test drive. Laughing. Waiting is so hard.

A Hero 808 and a Jinhao X450 in "Lava Red." I had been waiting for the 808 for several weeks and this weekend discovered that it was sitting in a shopping cart and was never really ordered. Oh well, another 3 to 4 weeks...

This will be my second X450. I really like the size and weight. I also like the feel of the shaped section with the finger "indents." I have heard others complain about this, but they fit my hand just right. The medium nibs are a bit too wide for me. Fortunately at this price I can afford to use them for practicing my grinding technique. I can get a fine Knox K35 if I mess it up.

An Italix Parson's Essential, with a medium stub nib. I feel a little silly about buying this, because there are so many pens that have a medium stub nib already; one doesn't truly need to buy a postmodern pen whose manufacturer or seller has only just now stubbed a regular ball nib. But the seller is highly regarded and the name of the model (Parson's Essential) is seductive.
