A Bexley Corona Summer Storm fine nib with gold accents (just had to be different) from Richard.

"Are we at last brought to such humiliating and debasing degradation that we cannot be trusted with arms for our defense? Where is the difference between having our arms in possession and under our direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?" Patrick Henry

I'm waiting for a Franklin-Christoph Eclipse!

Ouch!

My 1911-M Black/Rhodium Sailor, with a Mottishaw 0.70 mm. CI arrived today, writes like an absolute dream,..........but, cost me an additional 45.00 CAD at the Post Office.

Highway robbery!!!

Ouch indeed! This is why, for the time being, I'm only investing in pens made in North America. Get to avoid customs fees that way (thank you, NAFTA!).

I have a MB 149 coming to me from a forum member. I keep checking the Royal Mail tracking service and it seems to be stuck at "heading to the USA". Can't wait!

Truman;

Most international mail shipments won't track once they leave the border of the originating country, so the last thing you see is the shipment heading to the destination country and no more updates after that.

I'm waiting on a no-name BCHR I just picked up, a 1990s-era Pelikano, and the Reynolds I mentioned upthread (which is shipping from India).

(I AM IMPATIENT.)

I am awaiting my Yellow 1911 Mid-size from nibs.com with a fine/medium nib. The pen will be my first Sailor, I currently have several inexpensive fountain pens plus a TWSBI 530, Pelikan M400, Waterman #2 Ideal, Parker 75 (1960s), and a Seaffer Lady Balance with a Dreamtouch nib), I am really looking forward to the Sailor.

Nothing at all!!!!!

My homo sapiens arrived and I liveit. Had some trouble filling it so I had to invest in a Visconti traveling ink well but i still love it.

Now to browse the bay and start the whole nail biting process all over again...I'm thinking an oblique broad demonstrator safari if I can find one...could someone tell me if the oblique broads come in all the BI sizes (1.1, 1.5, 1,9), or if they only make one oblique broad size and if so what size it is?

It's strange having nothing on the way in the mail, I hate the waiting but innate not having anything else coming too...

WTB: the following GvF-C classic FPs (pref. B or OB nib) or rollerballs: platinum plated, gold plated, solid sterling silver, ebony anello and gold anello, PM me!

(also interested in most other GvF-C products in general, i.e any writing tools, leather goods, advertising/packaging)

When I get home from work this evening, I want to be surprised to see what the U.S.P.S. delivered for me. Waiting in anticipation!

See with what large letters I have written you with my own hand. GaVIxi
