TWSBI Diamond 530 M --- and I'm trying to temper my expectations. The reviews are so good, it can't possibly live up to them.... can it?!

Now that our household has two fountain pen lovers, there's going to be lots of waiting for the mailman.

 

For me:

Sheaffer converter

Pilot 78G B nib (Red)

Pilot 78G M nib (Teal)

 

For her:

Lamy Safari 2009 SE (Pink) F nib (converter included).

 

For us:

6 ink samples from Goulet Pens.

A 10 pack of hero 616. Two Off white piston fill pens . One Pelikan M300,Two Pelikan M400 and a black and green Pelikan 400. I am checking the tracking # every couple of hours . I can't wait!

Waiting for a pen that is on its way from Pendleton Brown, decked out in a fine CI. Good thing, too, because I just wrecked my Sheaffer Prelude's nib.

I'm waiting on a vintage Aurora 88 from a seller in Italy...should be here any day. Steal of a deal at 40 Euros shipped ($54)- I've purchased from this seller before and his pens are always in great working condition. :) Can't wait!

Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while...

I'm patiently waiting, actually excited. Over the weekend I ordered from my local Montblanc Boutique my first Writer's Edition fountain pen, a Thomas Mann with a medium size nib. The pen is coming from Germany, so the wait will be a few weeks. Counting the days!

I received my Lamy Safari in the mail yesterday and it is every bit as good as I'd heard it would be. B)
