A Rexall drug store BCHR eyedrop filler and a no name flat-top green celluloid button filler. The BCHR still seems to have the pattern imprint intact

Today.....have just bought a Noodler's Christmas red flex pen, along with a bottle of Noodler's black swan in Australian roses ink.

Sounds like a wonderful marriage of pen & Ink ...hopefully. Looking forward to it getting to Australia...very soon, I hope. :happyberet:

Well, despite your purchasing addiction, you are making interesting, good-value purchases.

I'm waiting for a new vanishing point nib (I found the "M" nib much to wide, so now I'm getting an "F"). And for a Pilot 78G.

I am waiting on a 5 pen lot that I recently won. Below is a list as described in the ad

1. Sheaffer Lifetime Balance, lever fill in red veined gray pearl celluloid.

2. Sheaffer (balance?) with a #5 Feathertouch nib, vacu-fill in gray pearl celluloid.

3. Sheaffer Jr. lever fill in black celluloid/plastic

4. Unknown syringe filler in red-veined gray celluloid (not sheaffer) circa WW2

5. Parkston lever fill in green/black celluloid. No nib on this but I figured would make a nice pen once I can find a good nib

That's funny, I'm waiting for nearly exactly the same things. (I finally found somebody with both discontinued colours of Al-Star that I wanted!) Perhaps nothing special, but they're such good workaday pens I wanted one more (that same lovely purple), and the other is for a friend who's been after one shade in particular that we both thought was unobtainable, and then I also realized that I didn't have any italic nibs and all and really ought to try one, and then while I was there and paying transatlantic postage anyway I could use some ink, and...

The sickening part is that it all went out from London (courtesy TWD) a month ago today. I'm really, really, really hoping that security scares, the season, and the weather have just slowed it down, but remaining hopeful is getting harder, as usually I get UK airmail in just a few days.

[Recent news: whining on FPN was clearly the answer. A month and a day and my package has arrived!]
