Just twenty minutes ago I won an 'old' Waterman's on the old 'bay, looks like a 52 to me. This one has a cap clip and looks vaguely blackish, so cosmetically (at least) better than the one I already have.

After several comments lauding the Pilot 78G and Prera pens, I've got three 78Gs (F, M and and a Prera somewhere between Hong Kong and Canada. I thought about the Lamy Safari, and I know they're good pens; but I don't like the fact that I have to hold them like a ballpoint because of the bevels on the barrel where one is supposed to grasp. So, if I want to experiment with different points, these are good alternatives for a similar outlay of cash. I'll let you know what I think when they arrive.
