OMG. Is that an Opera you picked up for $50??? Lucky you!

:puddle: :puddle:

:bawl: I've been looking for one of these for along time.

And I thought I was doing well when I picked up a BIN mint red Rhapsody for same price...

=

:ltcapd:

Yeah, this will be my second Opera for that price (stick with me, kid!), making a total of 3. The first one I got for about 200, so I have to make up for not being much of a sumgal at that point...

And congrats on your Rhapsody, that was a great price, too! I have also purchased a blue Rhapsody tester pen for 40.00 (thanks, Leigh!), and a LeMan 200 for 20.00. :bunny01:

:yikes: 2 Operas at $50!! You're clearly out sumgai-ing me! Best priced 100s - Patrician and Briarwood - both at $70 + a Patrician B.P. at $20. Haven't been able to find a 200 below $35.

Well, my best sumgai was when a friend GAVE me a sterling LeMan 100 (w/black ends) :roflmho: :bunny01:

One of those $20 Levenger Medalist True Writers in Amethyst with a broad nib that they are selling over on Ebay. After answering a post here I realized I didn't have a single broad nib, so when I saw the low price, I snatched one up.

Levenger ships Fedex (usually) and the tracking info says delivery on the 26th - BUT it's a Saturday and while one of the local Fedex stations does deliver on Saturday sometimes, I usually get a 'on truck out for delivery' on Saturday but don't get it till Monday. Soooo... probably days and days before I get it.

I so hate waiting.

Well, I recieved it in the mail yesterday but I feel it's special enough to post. It's a jade Parker Duofold Jr and is a pleasure to write with and my first vintage pen.

A rotring 600 series one matte black RB from EB. Their not pretty but I love those old heavy Rotrings. I have a 3 color pen and ball point in this series. I just need the FP, and mechanical pencil.

I'm also waiting for a Lamy Al Star graphite with a 1.1mm italic nib.

The new piston-fill Delta Dolce Vita. Pam sent it out yesterday. My birthday is Sunday so I'm hoping it'll be the first pen for the new year.

Looking for an Omas Arco Verde...the one that got away.

Strewth, satrap, is than a Man 100?

And if so, how much did you get it for?....I have just paid-out quite a wad for a NOS 100...I was quite happy to pay it and it is gorgeous; just wondering whether you'd got lucky!

Not actually a pen, because my Levenger Truewriter Metalist came in yesterday, but I have a Levenger 4-pen Parapet I am waiting to get.
