After forgetting that Lamy nibs run wide, an EF black nib to go on a Charcoal Safari. I love Platinum Preppys though. So good for their price.

I'm expecting my mother's Sheaffer Valiant Touchdown back from being restored. UPS says it is "out for delivery" today.

Eagerly awaiting my first over $25 pen purchase: a Sailor Sapporo in white. Also: a leftie nib in black steel for my white Lamy Safari. Never tried one before, I don't know if it's really necesary as I'm getting along fine with the regular Medium nib. But since it was only $10 I thought I'd give it a try-- plus I think the black nib would look nice on the white pen.

Putting my toe back in the 149 water after saying I never would. This was bought off e-bay yesterday and has an OM nib which I am looking forward to trying.

Should be here by Thursday with a bit of luck.

E bay was jolly nice to me today, I finally 'won' a Parker 51 (the most glaring omission from my collection). I've been trying to get one at a sensible price for months now. Not ten minutes ago I got one for less than twenty pounds. My apologies to whomever was bidding against me.

Terribly excited about it arriving now, what?

Pip-pip.

Cordialement.

I'm waiting on a Lamy 2000. Hoping it will be a good writer for every day use.

Eight Lamy Safaris in different colors, some of them I already have, but I have multiples of almost all my Lamys (4 L2Ks), and the new ones come with shini chrome clips nrather than black.

Oh, and this week I received 2 Alstars in purple.

Do I like Lamy or what?

Pelikans: M205 blue demo F nib and clear demo B nib, M200 yellow M nib.

Lamy Vista wth OM nib. Platinum 3000 M nib. All new.

Used gently and bought for a great price: Real Parker Sonnet with 18K B nib, real Sonnet with steel F nib, 2 other Parkers I won't know the model of for sure until I see them. One has a gold nib, one has steel. Also, a technical pen and lots of tips. I think that's all...

And a stack of ink.

No more buying pens until June now. Budget very blown.

Lamy 2000 with EF nib. I ordered it from Pengallery on Thursday night. It just left Anchorage less than an hour ago and is scheduled to arrive here in NJ by mid-morning on Monday. FedEx is a great thing.
