What pen are you waiting for in the mail?

This one: a blue Pelikan 400 with medium nib to accompany the green 1950s 400 with fine nib I have in my pocket today.

Edited to add, the transport time from Singapore should have it here right around the time of my 22nd wedding anniversary.

I am anxiously waiting a Classic Pens LM1 Flame Red from Richard Binder. I have been wanting one for awhile, and when I saw the price was going up, I knew it was time. It will also be my first stub nib, so even though it is an LE, there will be no hesitation to ink it. I hope it comes soon.

I'm eagerly awaiting a "Lexaf special" Reform 1745. Unfortunately, Lexaf's internet is down, so it's anyone's guess as to when it will arrive.

A Pilot 78G with a broad 'stub' nib, brought from Speerbob. I know it is a cheap pen, but I have such good things about them on FPN that I can't wait to try it.

A set of Cross Metropolis fountain pen, rollerball, ballpoint, and pencil, in black and chrome, all NOS. They will go nicely with my Metropolis PDA stylus (essentially the ballpoint with a plastic stylus point in place of the regular ballpoint refill). The fountain pen is a medium point, cart/conv fill. I'm not generally a big Cross fan, but I always liked the Metropolis series. It's too bad Cross has moved most production to China and discontinued the Metropolis. It will be nice to have at least one set of pens that was made in the old factory by a long-time American icon of a company.

I understand that pretty much the only things that Cross makes in the US anymore are the pens they supply to Tiffany & Co., because Tiffany insisted on US production.

waiting for a Sheaffer Imperial in blue (I already have a black one), and a rOtring 600 old style Trio pen that I have been years finding excuses not to buy... :puddle: well, I am getting weaker with age. Both are coming from FPN members, all the way from America, this is the first time I buy from the marketplace.

I'm waiting for some weirdo unidentified Sheaffer with a Feathertouch #5, and an Empex. Both are from eBay.

I'm waiting on a Vac Sub/Deb (azure blue), a Sheaffer's Vac-Fil Balance, a Duofold Jr. (very discolored jade), two Thompson flattops, and an Eberhard-Faber flattop.

How's that for a list? :)
