Visconti travelling ink pot

I just discovered that the Fountain Pen Hospital carries the Visconti traveling inkpot for a very good price, $59 plus shipping, which is lower than anything I've seen at the auction house.

Have been tempted many times to get one. Still I never managed to purchase it.

The main problem for me is that "extra equipment" as the VTI cannot be part of a planned purchase.

It could only be an accidental or very impulsive but in any case immediate action.

I've ran onto several so far in the range of the 45-55 USD price and every time I was tempted to get one... but!

But then a strange kind of logic hit me and I realized that if I add this 50 USD to the amount that I planned for another pen, I can get even a better pen from my wishlist; or case no 2: the additional 50 would get me much faster to the planned pen.

By this I willingly accepted to keep on inking my pens in the traditional way...
