Mont Blanc Cervantes LE-review

I have one, and I really like it. However, I wish I had purchased one with a fine point instead of medium. The medium leaves to wide and wet a trail. I may need to send this one to Richard for some work.

I like F nibs too but since htese pens will not get too much use anyways then I will leave it as is.

Both my MB VW and Cervantes have a M nib simply because FPH didnt have a F nib in stock anymore.

My MB Cervantes was a balky medium nib. Greg Minuskin reground it to a medium-fine stub. It is now my favorite pen. If your not happy with the nib have it reground.

Nice review of a fantastic pen. That pen is one of its kind and being a montblanc birngs a lot of meaning to it. The nib performance, overall pen quality and design is superb. Congratulations on your new pen! Enjoy it!

Thanks for the review. I saw this pen in a shop window today, beautiful pen. Is the nib similar to the 146 in size?

15 years of using this pen and it is still one of my favorites!

Of course it would be it's one of the best ever!  The resin and gold rings complement each other so well.
