The best vendors in the EU that I know of for Visconti products are Suzanna at Giardino Italiano (http://pens.it ) and Nouvelli Pens (and Pipes) in Rome (http://nouvelli.it) I think I spelled Nouvelli correctly. I would pesonally go first to Suzanna because she offers some good prices. In both cases, the customer service is professional and good.
