Noodler's Blue-Black

I have this ink in 4 pens, right now. It dilutes EXTREMELY well and I prefer a 60/40 ink/water dilution right in the cartridge or converter.

This is a grail ink for me and with BBK holding the medium blue down and the light blue end filled with Eel Turquoise, I no longer need any more blue inks.

Light- Eel Turquoise

Medium- Bad Belted Kingfisher

Dark- Blue Black

This is funny because Blue-Black is my goto with BBK as my lighter shade goto. What really got me laughing is that Eel Turquoise is on my list to buy next. I guess great minds think alike. Hahaha

I only wish I could solve the nib creep issue with my Lamy Studio with this ink. Does anyone have any thoughts or help with this. Other that the nib creep I love this ink!

Wow, beautiful ink. It has the quality i'm looking for, a black that has a HINT of blue to it and not vice versa. Thanks for showing me my next purchase :)

I am really pleased to see this review, as I have been discouraged using Noodler's Blue-Black in fine nibs. I thought I wasted my money to buy an extra bottle of black. I will try it in a broader nib to see the shading.

I've had some Noodler's Blue-Black for about 4 years now. I happen to really like the color but I don't have a lot of experience with other blue-black inks. It does leak a bit on my Lamy Studio but it works really well with my TWSBI 540. The more I use the ink the more I like it.
