That's a purty purty pen. Whoo! And the nib is a looker too.

Belatedly, what a gorgeous pen! I tried looking for it (as well as the green and blue ones) on my recent trip to Tokyo, and came up empty. I did come across a Glanzaus (the Pro Gear with a silver cap, also a collaboration with Sunrise Trading) at Maruzen and also at Itoya--a pen that came out a year or so before the beauty you bought--so maybe we can hope, that down the line. . . . :puddle:

I'm just getting into Sailor pens ... I've got a few vintage, and just got my first modern (a plain black Sapporo). This is a very sexy looking pen, congratulations! :) (Now I need to figure out how to get one, too :) )

Congrats! That is one nice looking pen.

I am with Gojira. Can you say how you came by the pen? Flea-Bay, on line vendor?

I will bet the FPN Tulipe Noire will look great coming out of this pen. I hope you get your ink soon.

Me three! I want a green one, not the mosaic green like Swisher has, but a solid lacquer green like your red one, only green.

See my post #17 above for how I acquired my pen. I saw only about 10 pens sold in all... and I still have no idea what it's called or how many were made! The Sailor box it came in was a regular plain-jane one, and had not one iota of information. :(

Oh my gosh, you just took away my main reason for not getting a Sailor PG . . . i.e., I have too many pens in black and wanted to diversify. The quest is on!

i really like sailor pen but i do not think (in my very humble opinion) that works in the metalic finish. i would like probably in a mate finish. maybe is not the color but the metalic finish. not sure what to think really. nice nib though but them again is a sailor. :hmm1:
