Fountain Pen Friendly Passport Size Traveler's Notebook Refills

I recently ordered some of these on Amazon to refill my traveler's notebook (passport size):

I was not expecting them to be particularly fountain-pen friendly, but in fact the paper is EXCELLENT, and they are inexpensive. The only downside is that they seem to be available only in ruled and blank (no section or dot grids). They're a great alternative to the expensive MD inserts (that are staple-bound, which I dislike) and the similarly-sized cahiers from Moleskine that are exceptionally UNFRIENDLY to fountain pen users!
