I am no expert at this but I think the copy is the Moonman 80.

 

But to be frank, the Parker 45 remains cheap enough to buy the real McCoy instead of a modern copy.

 

At the time of writing this I can see on ebay uk a 45 FP and pencil in a box, for £13 which is around $17

 

Admittedly the pics show a pencil but the description is for a ballpoint plus the fountain pen.

Ah, the Moonman 80, yes. I didn't know they made a metal version, that will need some investigation!

I do have a few 45 that I like a lot, and could always use a few more of course... I discovered my Insignia's section was cracked, and the (used) replacement I bought doesn't allow a perfect alignment of cap and body, I am sure that's a sign!

yes, the mooman 80 is the one I meant, but AFAIK they don't make a flighter, sorry for the confusion. 😕

They are near me but hard to get...

Another reference point is that some Chinese users seem to prefer to attach the Parker 45 nib to the Hero 800.

I have an early model of this pen and agree with them.

However, both Chinese friends and I are focusing on writing Chinese characters.

I would recommend you to research the blogs of Western users and see what they have to say.
