Help ID this Namiki

A friend picked up this pen at an estate sale, has no idea about it.  I've got a few pens, mostly domestic and Pelikan and one nice Platinum 3776 in dark brier.  I don't know much about Namiki, except what I seen on line.  Can you offer any informaton about this pen, age, value etc?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a Pilot Grance. It isn't labelled Namiki, is it? The marbled finish ones are no longer available. 

 

EDIT I sold an excellent condition, used blue marbled one 2 years ago for $140 USD. [Scratch that - that one had a rhodium plated barrel and seems to be rare.] I've also sold red and black marbled ones, but I cannot locate my sales records for those. Price should be similar. My vague memory is I sold those for about $80-$100.

If one searches Pilot Grance Red Marble, one can find a number of them. Even cheap (50 USD) on Mercari: https://jp.mercari.com/item/m92562730880
