A word of praise for Goldspot

For the past few years I have bought most of my new (as in not vintage or pre-owned) pens from Goldspot.  The customer service has been excellent.  In the case of my most recent, a Namiki sterling silver engraved with a Hokusai - derived view of Mount Fuji, it arrived the very next day (in time for my birthday this past Saturday!) even though the estimated delivery was several days later.

I'm glad to know this, thanks for posting. I have never done business with them, but I watch their videos and have browsed their site. It's good to know that it is a good company.

Echoing Targa's sentiments. My delivery speed isn't as quick since I'm clear across the county, but it's speedy nevertheless and everything is beautifully and carefully packaged. I'm a very happy return customer.
