Then, I've got to run down to a couple big grocery stores here in Germany to see if they still have the Original Oxford Optic 90g papers.

If not..... Clairfontaine Velouté 90g is Oxford's equal.

Well, Clairefontaine Velouté is just what its name says..velouté. Not glassy smooth like old Oxford Optik can be. But other than that and the unicolor Seyes ruling (if you opt for that) vs bicolor on the Oxford (before Sribzee), these two papers are both covering the same market...and I will likely go Clairefontaine for my Seyes ruling needs :)

I’ve really been enjoying MUJI paper lately. The lines and dots are faint, they did have blank spiral notebooks in store, but I don’t see them online. They are really good quality and inexpensive, so shipping costs can be a bear, but MUJI sells clothing and housewares too, so if you need new sheets, organizing and storage containers, a sweater, or cologne- check them out.

Maruman MNEMOSYNE Notebook 5.83 x 8.27 Inches (Horizontal A5), Unruled, 70 Sheets (N183A)

Just arrived.  Perfect!  Blank, no bleed through with any pen or marker yet.  Smooth.  Pages are detachable.  Small spiral to use landscape or portfolio. A5 which I like best.

I just checked Amazon again to buy some more but now says "currently unavailable, not sure if we will ever get any back in stock" or something like that.  I must have bought the last four!  I checked from My Orders, so it is the one I just received.

Oh well!
