Notebooks on Aliexpress 1

I tried these notebooks from Aliexpress:

They are not fully fountainpen-friendly but they are OK if you use EF nibs and a not too wet ink.

It has some show-through. An F nib with Gutenberg red ink bleeds through. I have not yet tested Sailor inks or Pilot Iroshizuku inks.

It says the paper is 100g/m2. I have other notebooks with 80g/m2 paper which is better, so there must be other parameters influencing the friendliness.

 

If you rub the cover strongly, you get slightly colored fingers or tissue paper, depending on what you use.

 

I will update the thread with additional information as soon as I get them (might take a while).
