I ordered a Toyooka 100 pen box in December. Now, Fedex is requesting a form about hazardous materials. I don't know how to fill this out. Has anyone else had theis problem and what did you do?

Hazardous materials?  That's a new one on me....  

All I can suggest is to maybe contact the seller and ask them if they know what's going on with the package.  (Wondering if the paperwork at the seller's end somehow got filled out wrong....)
